Flexible and kind regarding arrival and departure, excellent communication. Beds comfy, not hard. Very near AIMA office, and an easy, flat walk from the train station (and beaches), past interesting stores and restaurants. Partnered with restaurants for discounts. Grocery store also nearby. Room had large patio, water and the shared kitchen had a wonderful coffee machine.

There was no breakfast.
The location was as required.
It was strange that no one was in residence - just someone to let us in on arrival.
The shower made most of the bathroom wet.
The toilet was not secured properly.
