About this house rental
Just a few minutes from the French Quarter is this lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath home . Away from the noise and hustle bustle. In one of the safest zip codes in the US. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood. We are very lucky to have a few great neighborhood restaurants within just a couple of miles of this property. Private off street parking. This home is tastefully appointed so that you are very comfortable while you are here in New Orleans. This is 1/2 of a house. Both halves are completely private. No sharing of anything other than an outdoor covered patio. If the rear rental is available (634476) which is connected with an a joining hall door. The 2 rentals if rented together will accommodate 8 adults, and 2 children very comfortable.

Great place to stay, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Host was very kind and easy to contact if needed. We would stay again in a heartbeat

Although the home is a nice home the appliances need updating. The dishwasher is old and door is rusted and therefore sounds like a freight train which wakes sleeping people. The coffee maker was very dirty. The house has been partitioned off to accommodate two rentals at the same time. This would be okay except the only thing separating the two units is a locked interior door. You can hear the other tenants and it sounds like they are in the house last, extra blankets should be supplied.
