About this house rental

Beautiful and large bright charming house composed of 4 large bedrooms (17m2) including 3 upstairs and a spacious living room and warm, + air conditioning, living room with sofas and cable TV, internet box (WIFI).
Solid oak flooring, fitted kitchen, modern and quality furniture, fully renovated house, carefully decorated, industrial style and vintage.
Perfectly located to walk to the village (5 minutes walk) or go by bike for the ascent of Mont Ventoux.

Basement (cellar) which closes to keys for bicycles, fenced garden (600 m2) with manual gate and new private pool (2018) equipped with a shutter. Opening of the swimming pool in May.
Shower room with Italian shower and double basins on the floor + 1 cabin shower in the ground floor bedroom, 2 toilets, 1 on the ground floor, 1 upstairs.

Large terrace, table, chairs, umbrella, barbecue, deckchairs around the pool.

The building itself is beautiful, and in a great location too but the description says "modern and quality furniture, completely renovated house, carefully decorated" which could be debated. The toilets weren't particularly clean or fresh smelling, some of the bedroom furniture has clearly seen better days, many of the door handles are loose. The house is nice, but to say it's completely renovated with quality furniture isn't particularly accurate.Comms with the owners were good, everything in terms of the transaction went smoothly.

Couldn’t ask for a better location for our cycling holiday at the foot of Mount Ventoux. Alice & Eric’s house had everything we needed for what was a great week. Lovely outside seating area, bbq and swimming pool, which was welcoming after a long day on the bike. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Ian and friends.

We always look for a base for our cycling trips and found a complete winner with this house in the fantastic town of Malaucène. We loved the town, loved the house and joined the Club des Cinglés du Mont-Ventoux on 4th July 2019. Thanks for making our stay so special and for allowing us the chance to relax and enjoy a beautiful house.
