About this apartment rental

1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment across the driveway from Acorn Timbers House. Beautiful view of lake and access to private pier. Apartment has pool table, television with Direct TV, and Wi-fi. Bedroom has a king size bed and a twin bed, and futon sofa in living room makes into a double bed. Also there are 2 twin beds in the living room. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. Towels and linens are provided. Gas grill and charcoal grill are provided. You must bring your own charcoal. Complimentary canoe, paddle boat, and 2 kayaks are available for your use. Ample room to park your boat.

This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, located 20 minutes from Jefferson.

We also have Acorn Timbers aframe at the same location available for rental.

Pets are allowed. There is a $40 fee for the first dog and an extra $20 for each additional pet.

Place was very cute. Tranquil and Beautiful. Has everything you need to just unwind and enjoy the view. We also had fun fishing from the dock. Caught Catfish and Crappy. Weather was Beautiful as well. Watching the sunsets from the dock was peaceful and pretty.

This is a great place to stay. All the comforts of home and close to the boat ramps. Hope to be back.
