About this cottage rental
This historic and charming cottage was built in 1925 and has been lovingly brought up to date and professionally decorated with vintage touches for your comfort and convenience. Queen bedroom has private bath with shower, large dresser, and armoire. King bedroom has closet, armoire/dresser, comfortable reading chair, and 42 in. TV. Second bath has door to outside deck with an outdoor shower. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Stack washer/dryer in separate room off kitchen. The enclosed front porch has twinXL daybeds for relaxing or accommodating extra guests. The cozy living room has 50 in. TV and WiFi. Enjoy the Florida weather from the brick patio overlooking the backyard or follow the path through a bamboo forest to your own dock on Frazier Creek. Access to kayak and bicycle rentals is conveniently located next door. Boating is limited to 6ft. clearance due to the bridge on Federal highway.

Peace cottage is a great house for a couple or up to 6. A cool surprise was the outside shower (yep, hot and cold water) just outside the bathroom off the dinning room. The house is only 3 or 4 blocks from downtown with several dinning/bar and shopping options, and it's right on the water. Highly recommended !!

Great location; close to groceries, shops, beach. House is adorable & comfortable inside & outside (patio). I loved the outside shower- great lighting & plenty of room!

The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook anything! Love the farm sink! Nice selection of bar glasswear in the dining room! Outside patio area perfect for enjoy the outdoors! Easy walk to restaurants & tons of little shops! Host very easy to communicate with and very timely response! Bed very comfortable, house very clean! We will be back!!
