(2 TVs) Pully style kitchen. 3 generous sized bedrooms and 2 full baths! Hide out in the 1940's Gangsters Garage bedroom, OR the 1940's Glamour Gals bedroom, OR our 40's Sluggers Home Run bedroom! ( All Queen beds ) Even our bathrooms go back to the 40's once there you will see why! Its a fun place to stay and has a great location location location! UNDER a mile from the I-10 freeway, Goodyear Ball park, restaurants, urgent cares, Across the street is the NEW Goodyear Rec Center with FREE PICKLEBALL, Retail and a SLEW of amenities too many to mention! ( Sorry this space cannot support pets or children due to open loft area. Non smoking. Nor candles.) You have private laundry, a single garage parking space & driveway parking. 2 Vehicle limit. ( Street parking is allowed, for an extra vehicle. )The back yard boasts of our Fiesta pool, a Grill n Chill patio, fire pit, corn hole etc. Why pay TOP dollar for a similar size place when you can $pend it elsewhere! We spent the entire month of March and throughly enjoyed our stay. Would.most likely stayed there again for a longer time next year except for the fact that we purchased p house of our own while we were staying there. We had limited issues during our stay but Emerald and Jeff responded in a very quick time frame and cleared the issues for us. Our only disappointment was the somewhat limited lighting in the garage to the living unit and the pool not bring heated. Thanks to Jeff and Em for a comfortable rental.

Jeff and Emerald have done a really nice job setting up this unit. I was very impressed with the amount of supplies and food/drinks they made available to us. They were very responsive to any question or issue we had. Highly recommend for a couple.
