A cozy, game day type condo to spend time in or away from. It's located within eyesight from downtown, and also the same distance from popular upscale restaurants like The Hound, The Depot, and directly across the street from Acre. No need to call for an Uber! Everything is within a few feet away. The apartment is clean and well kept. Clean floors to walk on, clean showers to bathe in, clean kitchen to whip up a snack in. The only request is to please treat this apartment as you would your own.

In town for our daughter’s sorority parent weekend and loved our easy, convenient, and comfortable stay here. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to everything downtown and avoid all the traffic! Pretty quiet location also. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Hope we can stay again!

This location is perfect for us, with regard to where our AU daughter lives. It’s also central & a quick walk to campus, restaurants & shopping. The hosts were helpful, friendly & communicative throughout our stay. The condo made our Easter visit even better!

I made a quick trip down to visit my daughter. The location of the unit is perfect. It’s a little dated on the exterior, but who cares. The unitis still vey nice. It is very clean and the host couldn’t have been more accommodating. Highly recommend.
