Two bedroom two bathroom condo. 0.8 mile walk to Auburn’s Toomer's Corner and downtown with sidewalks the entire way.

Large living area, kitchen and dining room along with two bedrooms and two baths and a outside deck. Laundry room with updated appliances. Wireless internet, parking and access to the condominium pool are included with the stay.

We booked Paul’s place for graduation weekend. Paul was very accommodating as our dates changed after the original booking and he made it seamless. Space was great for our five adults. Walkable to downtown and easy parking. Will recommend to others!

The condo was clean and nicely presented when we arrived. The owner was great and communicated often beforehand. It was a hreat stay for 2 days and near downtown auburn, which was extremely convenient

Nice place. Lacking a few things: tv was so complicated we couldn’t get it to work and the WiFi never did work. No toaster and no coffee filters. The beds were comfortable.
