About this cottage rental
80 m² gîte on the ground floor and upper floor with a living room with a wood-burning stove, a kitchenette (equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, etc.), a lounge, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with two single beds. Electric or wood heating (1/2 cubic meter of wood: €40). Linen rental is optional, and free Wi-Fi is available. Upstairs bathroom with a shower cubicle, a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board, and an iron.
Outdoor spaces: a 650 m² enclosed plot, a 20 m² west-facing terrace with an awning, a courtyard, and a children's swing. This cottage is located in the countryside, near the owners' house. It features a west-facing terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, offering a panoramic view of the Monts de la Madeleine, and a 650 m² plot of land planted with trees and flowers. Children's playground equipment (swings, sandbox, etc.) is available. The quiet, rural setting encourages relaxation, while being just 10 minutes from all the city's amenities.

- A flat rate of 8kW/h of electricity per day
