About this farm stay rental
Our little Stazzu is a Sardinian farmhouse from the 18th Century, which we have lovingly restored. Outside thick granite walls, inside the original roof structure made of juniper wood - truly a house with character and history!
The property is idyllically situated in the hills of the Gallura, approx. 5 km from the city center of Santa Teresa Gallura. We plant fruit trees, a vegetable garden and wine on 27 hectares of land. Our cows are allowed to move freely around the property and from time to time we get visits from cats, dogs, chickens or sheep from the neighborhood. Read a book in the garden, relax in the hammock or explore the grounds and enjoy the breathtaking sea view! If you like nature and animals, you will love our Stazzettu!
You enter the small one-room house and on your right you will find the kitchenette with induction hob (1 plate), sink and refrigerator, equipped with the cooking utensils for everyday needs. There is also a table with three seats, a wardrobe and a sideboard. On cold days you can warm the house by the wood stove, in summer the fan ensures a pleasant draft. There is also a sofa bed for two people and a single bed in the room, so that an occupancy of up to 3 people is possible. (If necessary, additional people can be accommodated - talk to us about this!) Adjacent to the room is the bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The windows of the Stazzettu are equipped with mosquito nets.
Restaurants, bars and shops are located in Santa Teresa Gallura (approx. 3-5 km away).
You can reach our property via an unpaved, but easily navigable road of approx. On the site there is another house for rent (Casa Petra di Cossu) and a small campsite (Agricamping Petra di Cossu). We owners live in the main house and are therefore always on hand when help is needed, but respect your privacy and are never intrusive. In summer, we work during the day in our water sports school in Vignola Mare, so that we are usually only available in the morning and evening hours, but can always be reached by phone.

Un endroit un peu difficile à trouver (manque d'information précise) mais quand on y est, c'est super : calme absolu, des logeurs accueillants et sympas. Un logement original, pas très grand mais propre et fonctionnel. Bref, on a beaucoup aimé notre séjour.

Nos encantó. Una casita de piedra y de madera, muy confortable. En plena naturaleza, en un ambiente rural y con un fuego de leña de encina. Un cielo y un silencio impresionante. La casita es perfecta y tiene de todo.
