About this house rental
The house is idyllically situated in the hills of the Gallura, approx. 5 km from the city center of Santa Teresa Gallura. We plant fruit trees, a vegetable garden and wine on 27 hectares of land. Our cows are allowed to move freely on the property (the house itself is fenced) and from time to time we get visits from cats, dogs or sheep from the neighborhood. Read a book on the terrace, relax by the pool or explore the grounds and enjoy the breathtaking sea view!

Through the front door you step directly into the spacious living room with attached kitchen. On the two sofas (pull-out sofa beds for 2 people each) you can make yourself comfortable in front of the TV or the fireplace, there is space for up to 8 people at the dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dishes, dishwasher, large gas Stove, oven, microwave and spacious fridge freezer.
To the right of the entrance are two bedrooms (1x double bed and 1 x two single beds) and a bathroom (bath, shower and bidet), to the left of the entrance are another bedroom (double bed, possibly Extra single bed) and another bathroom (shower, bidet). From all rooms you have a wonderful view of the vegetable garden, the surrounding hills and our neighboring island of Corsica.
Restaurants, bars and shops are located in Santa Teresa Gallura (approx. 3-5 km away).
You can reach our property via an unpaved, but easily navigable road of about 1km. There is another house for rent (Lu Stazzettu) and a small campsite (Agricamping Petra di Cossu) on the premises. We owners live in the basement of the house, so we are always there when help is needed, but respect your privacy and are not intrusive. During the day, we work in our water sports school in Vignola Mare in summer, so that we are usually only available in the morning and evening hours, but can always be reached by phone.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Marisa und Wolfgang sehr genossen. Es war für uns nahezu perfekt, denn es war alles so wie beschrieben und vorhanden. Das Haus ist geräumig mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern (eines sogar mit Sprudelwanne und Regendusche) und liegt am Ende des grossen Agri Camping Grundstücks auf einem. Hügel mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. Es wohnen auch hin und wieder Camper in der Nähe, aber das hat uns nicht gestört oder gross gemerkt. Dafür ist das Grundstück zu groß und es verläuft sich gut. Die Kühe laufen über das Grundstück und können schonmal die Zufahrtstrasse versperren aber in der Regel gehen die Tiere auch zur Seite oder Marisa war stets in der Nähe um die Tiere zu vertreiben. Man durfte die Kühe sogar mit Bio Abfällen füttern ohne Berührung (!). Check In ist einfach, Vermieter wohnen mit am Grundstück und waren bei Fragen immer in der Nähe. Der Strand (und viele andere) Supermärkte, Tankstellen und der Ort Santa Teresa sind alle mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Ohne Auto ist man auf dem großen Gelände etwas abgeschlagen, Fahrzeug sollte vorhanden sein. Die Zufahrt ist anfangs recht steil und man muss mehrere Gatter öffnen und schließen, die Straße ist nicht befestigt, aber gut befahrbar. Über den Vermieter kann man auch Wassersport und Segeltörns buchen,die Wolfgang persönlich begleitet. Am Haus ist auch ein kleiner Pool zur Abkühlung. Wichtig ist nur, dass man sich bewußt ist, dass das Haus auf dem Land steht und man mit größeren Insekten oder anderen tierischen Bewohnern rechnen sollte. Wir fanden es großartig mit 2 Kindern (14 und 9 Jahre) und unserem Hund und kommen gern wieder. Marisa und Wolfgang sind unglaublich sympathische und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. La casa corrisponde abbastanza bene alla descrizione ed è senza dubbio fruibile. La strada sterrata per raggiungerla non è confortevole per tutti i veicoli ed è lunga non meno di 500m. La scelta è consigliabile solo a chi ama la tranquillità e non soffre la vicinanza con vacche che possono, occasionalmente, pararsi sulla strada. Bello il tramonto sul mare.
