About this apartment rental
Directly on the Beach, SAT TO SAT RENTAL . Our Unit had no damage at all from Huricane, we only have 1 parking space
Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers , noodles, floats and toys.
One of the largest condos on the beach. Balcony stretches across entire master bedroom and living room and you can see beach from master bedroom, living room. dining room and kitchen. Kitchen updated in 2021 with all new LG stove, refrig (w/icemaker), dishwasher and washer & dryer. All new mattresses. Walk in shower in master bedroom and updated 2 queen bathroom with tub/shower. New marble dining room table seats 8. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Both bathrooms have hair dryers.
Condo has Heat and Air Conditioning. TRANSPORTATION: TROLLY W/ CHEAP FARE Get schedule from village , or Uber is reasonable.
A 1 mile walk to Johns Pass for restaurants, shopping, tours, sailing, parisailing, scuba diving, boat rental, and more, this family-friendly condo lets you experience it all. St. Petersburg & Clearwater close. Archibald Beach Park is within 6 minute walk with eats, drinks and ice cream with music on the beach.

Great location. Great check in/out. Full amenities in kitchen, but a lot of the pans were old with scratches. Ants in the kitchen on the counter that got into our doughnuts. Cleanliness left a little to be desired as our feet were dirty walking barefoot before us even going to the beach.

Just as described…. Within walking distance to stores, restaurants and shops. Most importantly, steps from the beach. Unit is a bit dated but had everything necessary for a great week at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds were comfortable and the WiFi strong. The host was very easy to connect with and we would definitely consider returning in the future.
