Las Brisas #402 - Get away from it all at this direct beach front 3 bedroom 2 bath unit at Las Brisas Condos in Madeira Beach. Large living area with flat screen t.v., access to the balcony and ample seating for you and your family or friends. Updated kitchen with everything you need. There is ONE parking spot for this condo. There is no additional parking on this property. One car only can be parked at Las Brisas for #402.
Master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bath as well as access to the balcony. Second bedroom has two queen beds and sleeps 4. The guest bedroom has two single beds. Unit sleeps 8 total.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.
Las Brisas is located on a quieter stretch of Madeira Beach yet close to restaurants, pubs, supermarket, library and City Center. Large heated beachside pool with ample lounges. Experience incredible Madeira Beach Sunsets all year long due to the direct west exposure.
Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

My husband & I had another condo reserved that got canceled just a week before or arrival! We were scrambling to find another condo when we found this one. It was actually a better location and with a better view than the first one. We would stay here again.

We had trouble with communicate, we emailed several times never got response. We finally got a call back an hour out to tell us that the property was ready to go in. It was a nice three bedroom two bath. Master bed sheets or scratchy and rough like sandpaper I would recommend using fabric softener are buying a better quality sheet some of the dishes were still dirty. I'm pretty sure they don't wash down the couch or loveseat they're kind of sticky and gross. The elevator broke almost everyday. The pool was lovely it was nice and cool it was refreshing After hot days on the beach. The walls to the condo where paper thin you could hear everything especially when the people upstairs were moving around. Beware there is only one parking spot for 402 other three bedrooms have two.
