The Villa Dornbusch is one of four houses of the Park Residence Klünderberg, which is centrally but quietly located on the slopes of the Granitz. The beach is only about 10 minutes.

Above the rooftops of Binz lies the 74 m² penthouse 9 in the 2, classified with 4 DTV stars. Floor of Villa Dornbusch. It offers with 3 rooms and its 40 m² surrounding roof terrace generous space for max. 4 people. Schmankerl the apartment are a private beach chair in the first row by the sea and a wagon. The location The Parkresidenz Klünderberg, to which the Villa Dornbusch belongs, is centrally located, less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and the town center, quietly on top of the Klünderberg and at the same time in the immediate vicinity of the Granitz, an extensive forest area of Rügen. The apartment comprises a living area with an integrated fitted kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a storage room, a bathroom and a spacious hallway. The roof terrace has three comfortable seating areas. Feel well in the cozy and lovingly furnished living area! Contributing to this include a comfortable upholstered set as well as things like LED TV, DVD-CD player, many CDs, DVDs and books, games. The dining area with its large round table and 4 chairs invites you to dine together. The adjoining kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge (freezer), dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and various small appliances such as coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, whisk, passier bar and plenty of cooking pots and pretty dishes / cutlery. In bedroom 1 is a double bed, bedroom 2 has a sofa bed two more sleeping possibilities. Both rooms offer sufficient furniture to store your holiday wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with sink, bidet, toilet, bath and separate shower (shower door) and towel radiator. Hair dryer, make-up mirror and bath stool complete the comfort. The roof terrace offers additional space, which you should definitely enjoy! You can reach them from any room. Walk with the sun ... while having breakfast in the back with a view of the park-like courtyard, starting at noon side of the kitchen and in the evening in front of the living area while watching beautiful sunsets. On request, we provide a cot and a high chair free of charge. To this apartment belongs a free parking space in the underground garage.(Upper parking space on duplex parking deck, max. Height 1.71 m) [nbsp] The special featuresApartment-own cellar room with a wagon In this non-smoking apartment no pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are included in the original equipment. Your beds are already made upon arrival. From May to September, a free beach chair is available on the beach. Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
