We had a fantastic stay! The apartment matches the pictures exactly and was spotlessly clean, thanks to the cleaning lady who does an excellent job. Although Kavos is famous for its wild party scene, this property is a peaceful oasis tucked away in a quiet area within a beautiful, lush banana tree garden.The owner, Chris, was incredibly helpful and always there when we needed anything. The apartment sits directly on the waterfront, so you can jump right into the sea out front if you don't mind the seaweed. It is worth noting that seaweed on the coast is a natural phenomenon across all of Greece, so it’s definitely not the apartment’s fault. If you want a more organized beach setup, the fully equipped La Mar beach is just a 5-minute walk along the coast, offering great sunbeds, parasols, a beach bar, toilets, and showers.

понравилось расположение, чисто в апартаментах, отличный вид из террасы, есть шезлонги, кресла, душ при выходе из моря, все необходимое для кухни есть, парковка своя недалеко. можно сказать "свой личный пляж" тихо отдыхать, но и можно недалеко посетить ночные клубы при желании

The sea view from the room is gorgeous, the room is beautiful. The sea view from the room is superb, the room is beautiful. I had my room cleaned every day and the bed is very comfortable. It was also quiet and pleasant. We had very good communication with the host, as well as free parking for the car a few minutes walk away.

The floor at the entrance to the room needs reconditioning and there were a few moments when we didn't have hot water. But overall it was a pleasant experience and I was left with a pleasant impression about my stay there.
