Concilium is an amazing Appartment and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The location is the best for exploring Trento, it is right within the city centre yet slightly on the side, on a quiet little street so the nights were quiet and peaceful. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the train station and 2 minutes to the cathedral and the main square.
Check in was very easy. The hosts, Elisa and Simone, provided the detailed information how to self-checking - the system is very convenient, easy to use at any time of day or night.
The flat is large, comfortable, warm and has absolutely everything that we needed. The bathroom is huge, the shower pressure was very good. Everything was clean to the highest standard. Very good WiFi.
The city is a gem and can (and should) be explored by foot. There was plenty of information inside about the local sights, hikes and things to do (leaflets, books).
Would definitely stay again!
The city tax, required by law to be collected from the guests, was to be paid in cash. As a person who doesn't use cash a lot, this was a bit awkward as I was afraid to forget to leave it when checking out. Thankfully I didn't! But why wouldn't booking.com just collect it online to be transferred automatically? That would be so much easier.

Es war sehr sauber und die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral.
Ich habe nicht die Wohnung erhalten, die ich gebucht habe. Bei der Buchung habe ich eine sonnige Dachgeschosswohnung mit einer Terasse und einer gemütlichen Couch gesehen. Bekommen habe ich eine dunkle Erdgeschoßwohnung, auf der Patio stehen drei Mülltonnen. Beim Betreten der Wohnung stehe ich direkt in der Küche, die Kunstledercouch steht unmittelbar an der Tür. Die Wohnung ist nach meinem Empfinden zweckmäßig, aber ungemütlich. Im Bad fehlt ein Mülleimer, die angekündigten Pflegeprodukte stellen sich als Handseife heraus.Die Matraze des Doppelbettes ist ziemlich ausgelegen, im Flur stehen Besen und Schaufel herum.
Es ist nicht zu empfehlen, die Wohnung zu nutzen, wenn man mit einem Auto anreist. Die Parkplatzsituatin im Viertel ist prekär.
Es fehlt ein Toaster in der Küche.
Alles in allem, hatte ich nicht das Gefühl, dass die Gastgeber Freude haben, Gäste willkommen zu heißen. Das habe ich in Italien bereits mehrfach anders erleben dürfen.
