Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Concilium!!

It was clean and modern. Right in Trento center. We were also very happy we could park our car in the courtyard. Will definitely come back!

Central, clean & modern

A lovely little spot, right by the main square of Trento. Very clean and modern. Secure gate to courtyard made it feel extra safe. Luggage storage with lockers and keys were an added bonus on the day we left as our flight home wasn’t until the evening.

PERFECT ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION

Visit beautiful Trento and stay in these fantastic apartments. Elisa & Simone have finally tuned their self check in apartments. Was impressed with the way they have set up their luggage storage, which includes a code to open the gate and the luggage storage are lockers in a room, so they are very secure, as is access to the apartment. The cleaners need to commended as the apartment was incredibly clean. The apartment we had was up one flight of stairs. The bed is comfortable, the shower has great water pressure with plenty of hot water, there is a good size shower cubicle and my goodness, the bathroom has heaps of space, (a rare thing with many smaller apartments). The bedroom was dark when it needed to be when sleeping and the area is ever so quiet. The location couldn't be better, a 1-2 minute walk to the beautiful Piazza del Duomo and is within easy walking distance to the numerous sites Trento has to offer. The train station is only 750 metres away and it’s a 10minute walk to a a large supermarket. We didn’t want to leave Trento and the apartment and would love to come and stay here again.

Good well presented apartment in a perfect I would use again for staying in Trento.

Perfect location, very close to the cathedral and all the facilities around there, but just far enough not to be bothered by its noise. The apartment was very well prepared and spotlessly clean. Shower etc was excellent. The kitchen was generally well equipped but we would have found a wooded spoon and another saucepan useful. Trento was well worth a visit. It is very relaxed with a great many eating and drinking places with some excellent shops for those who wish to eat at the apartment. It is a nearly traffic free town.

It was a little dark, but probably perfect for the bright light and heat of the full summer. We were there in May. The building works next door were noisy, but that was just during the daytime and will no longer be a problem when they are finished.

Good

Hosts kindly accommodated us for early check-in and late check-out. Very comfortable bed. One of the best showers I have experienced in italy. Hosts were very responsive.

Room is small overall and a little dark due to small windows. Kitchen was minimally equipped with only one small knife, no paper towels, no oven except microwave, minimal pots and pans. Don't plan on preparing any complex meals here.

Great apartment, good location

The location is great, right next to the Duomo (although the bells ring at 7am, so if you're a late sleeper it could be an issue) and Piazza Feria. The apt is recently renovated and very clean with nice bedlinen. Bathroom and room had a great size, and the bed was very comfortable. We also used the parking spot, that was nicely convenient in the private cortile.

It was great staying there, but just a few suggestions: would be nice to have some salt at the kitchen, a brighter light in the room and a spare set of keys if there are two people staying.

In the city centre with plenty of restaurants/bars nearby. Apartment looks modern and simply lovely. Shower and bed are terrific! And it's nice to have a dishwasher. :) (If you travel by car, reserving the single private parking spot is worth every penny)

Changing towels costs €20. Maybe not a problem if you stay a couple of days , but very expensive if you stay a week or more. First time in my life I was asked to pay for clean towels. And for that price you can buy a new one. Not to happy about that...

Superb

Concilium is an apartment very well located, one street away from the beautiful piazza Duomo. Information about the city and the region is available in the apartment. The apartment looks brand new, is really clean, beautiful and you have everything you need to cook some small dishes or have a breakfast or lunch. A nice extra is the cosy terrace where you have the sun in the morning. The hosts Simone and Elisa are very friendly and are available via whatsapp. I would recommend this place to anyone who want to discover the city Trento and the area.

Die Katze im Sack gebucht.

Es war sehr sauber und die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral.

Ich habe nicht die Wohnung erhalten, die ich gebucht habe. Bei der Buchung habe ich eine sonnige Dachgeschosswohnung mit einer Terasse und einer gemütlichen Couch gesehen. Bekommen habe ich eine dunkle Erdgeschoßwohnung, auf der Patio stehen drei Mülltonnen. Beim Betreten der Wohnung stehe ich direkt in der Küche, die Kunstledercouch steht unmittelbar an der Tür. Die Wohnung ist nach meinem Empfinden zweckmäßig, aber ungemütlich. Im Bad fehlt ein Mülleimer, die angekündigten Pflegeprodukte stellen sich als Handseife heraus.Die Matraze des Doppelbettes ist ziemlich ausgelegen, im Flur stehen Besen und Schaufel herum. Es ist nicht zu empfehlen, die Wohnung zu nutzen, wenn man mit einem Auto anreist. Die Parkplatzsituatin im Viertel ist prekär. Es fehlt ein Toaster in der Küche. Alles in allem, hatte ich nicht das Gefühl, dass die Gastgeber Freude haben, Gäste willkommen zu heißen. Das habe ich in Italien bereits mehrfach anders erleben dürfen.

Bella, ma rapporto qualità prezzo inadeguato

La casa è estremamente pulita ed è in una posizione eccellente, fuori dalla ztl, ma praticamente in pieno centro storico (intorno ha tutti i varchi della ztl, quindi non fate come noi e prestate attenzione a dove andate con la macchina)

A gennaio la casa non aveva una temperatura adeguata e sotto il termostato vi era un invito a non toccarlo in quanto la temperatura programmata era 20.5 gradi, e tale temperatura sarebbe stata ottimale. Noi abbiamo trascorso la serata con il giubbotto addosso. Inoltre la camera da letto dell'appartamento 4 era particolarmente fredda, quindi di fatto non l'abbiamo usata per dormire, arrangiandoci nella cameretta e nel soggiorno con divano letto. I piumoni, infatti, erano anch'essi poco caldi e non vi erano coperte in più. La dotazione della casa è minima, per intenderci mancano anche sale, zucchero ed olio, presenti invece the, caffè solubile e detersivo piatti e lavastoviglie. Non vi sono nemmeno cuscini in più e quelli in dotazione sono molto sottili. Insomma per 400 euro a notte francamente mi sembra ci siano delle cose da migliorare. Spero questi spunti siano presi come un'occasione per dare un servizio migliore, dato che la mia comunicazione alla proprietà circa il disagio con il riscaldamento si è risolta in un "mi dispiace".

Fijn appartement in het centrum van Trento

De locatie is erg fijn, binnen 2 minuten sta je op het centrale plein bij de Duomo. Het appartement was schoon en comfortabel, en het was fijn dat er een dakterras is waar je kunt zitten.

Er was geen prullenbakje in de badkamer/bij de wc. Verder was het soms een beetje gehorig en kon je de buren goed horen.

La silenziosità dell.appartamebto é impagabile.

Ha un piccolo difetto: la struttura é dislocata su due panini, il solaio é poco isolato e questo potrebbe creare un po' di fastidio per eventuali rumori generato da una cammina un po' troppo pesante o, come nel mio caso, fastidi derivanti da urla e schiamazzi da parte di bambini super eccitati per la casa bellissima!!!! (Cito mio figlio, 5 anni....). Purtroppo é successo e spero di non aver infastidito nessuno....

Posizione Ottima a due passi dal centro storico. Pulizia eccellente e letti piuttosto comodi. Appartamento al piano terreno molto silenzioso.

Essendo ad un piano terreno se apri le finestre sei alla vista, ma l’appartamento si trova all’interno di una corte con cancello automatico quindi tutto sommato la privacy é garantita.
