Sleeps 6 adults and 3 children.
King size master suite with private balcony and Eurobath encompasses second floor. Two Queen sized spacious guest rooms, one with balcony French door entrance. 3 additional Memory foam fold out twin beds. Premium linens and ample towels.
Bright, cheery living room with 50 inch TV and comfortable seating. Indoor dining for 16 with views of bay and ocean. Entertainers will be thrilled with the kitchen layout and breakfast bar.
Beautiful, oversized custom private pool with ample lounging and seating for 16. Tanning shelf, water benches and water basketball/volleyball set. Perfect for morning dip and after beach party.
Beach2Bay Retreat is walking distance to the beach and the bay. Access to neighborhood private lighted fishing pier and boat ramp.
Two outdoor eating areas for 8. Dine under the stars. Enjoy an outdoor breakfast while watching the sunrise on the bay. The honeymoon balcony offers a spectacular view of the West Bay. Covered picnic table area complete with gas grill, outdoor shower and bathroom. Ample parking.
Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer for added convenience.

The pictures don’t do this house justice! It was so clean and felt like home! Communication with Doug was a breeze. Everything was perfect and the pool was an extra plus!!

For the last few years, this has been our “go to” summer vacation spot. Doug is an excellent host and quick to respond to any questions we might have, and is readily available. You can also be sure that the home will be clean and ready upon arrival. We all enjoyed our stay, especially the clean and spacious swimming pool. Thanks Doug! We’ll be back next year!
