About this house rental
Welcome to our charming home... renovated from top to bottom. This beautiful cottage style beach home has it's own huge lot, wood floors, granite counter tops, 7 full length custom windows facing the ocean, and a large deck with partial shade.
The master bedroom has a beautiful, large private bathroom with an over sized shower, two sinks, granite vanity, and a claw foot bathtub. The french doors open to the side deck, which wraps around to the ocean side of the home.
The deck is partially shaded for those who want to simply relax in the coolness of the ocean breeze, while the other half of the deck is uncovered for the sun lovers who want to bask in the warmth of the day. Enjoy the fantastic sunrises and sunsets from this BIG wrap around deck!
The living room has two comfy sofas. The grey sofa opens into a queen sized sleeper for those late night owls who want to watch Netflix all night and not commit to going to a bedroom to sleep. :)
The hot tub is on the deck for your relaxation at the end of the day. The hot tub is up and running all year long.
The storage closet at the end of the hall contains extra pillows and blankets for your comfort, as well as some extra floor space for travel bags, and shelves for items.
There are novels, magazines, children's books and games, as well as Direct TV with Netflix availability for your entertainment while you are on your vacation.

The property was spot-on for what is advertised. There are chairs, boogie boards, etc. available for use. However if you’re planning to fish, I’d suggest bringing your own equipment. Wonderful views and easy access to the beach! We will consider staying here again.

The beach view was wonderful! The hot tub was perfect! It was the little things that disappointed me. We stayed for a week but the coffee filters were only for three days (we brought our own coffee), the front door squeaked loudly, and there was no where to hang long dresses. Again the place is wonderful but the little things were missing.

We had a great stay! easy access to beach, great hot tub on deck, great place to stay for two couples. Great communication with owner, quick to respond. Highly recommend!!
