About this house rental
This adorable cottage is less than a mile from campus which makes it the perfect place to stay for game days or anytime in Aggieland! It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom. The sofa turns into a queen bed in the living room. Included for the sleeper sofa is a mattress topper to add to the comfort. The home has a fully stocked kitchen with all necessities, mini charcoal grill for outdoor cooking, Wifi and all bath linens. There is a park just down the street with a playground and a walking trail. Reserve this new little cottage for anything from a weekend getaway to a month long work trip! Permit #2020-000036

Great location to campus. Perfect size for 2 people. Back patio was private with a nice breeze. Property is clean and decorated very nice. Kitchen was perfect size. Thank you for the cofffee pods. Bed squeaks when you move and the pillows are very flat. Would stay again. Thank you.

I had a great two-night stay with my fur baby. Everything was well stocked and clean. Host quick to respond. The added plus was the cute back yard to let my dog out to roam and not have to worry about her getting out.
