Come relax and unwind in over 4,000 Sq. Ft of luxury on beautiful Sandpoint peninsula overlooking Saginaw Bay.
Note going forward June, July and August full week rentals will be Friday to Friday.
This exquisite Mediterranean styled luxury lake house is perfect for a getaway with family and friends. It has a breathtaking floor to ceiling view of the beautiful sand beach and bay. Guests can also enjoy the view from 2 spacious master bedrooms and over 50 feet of private sandy beach. The nightly sunset is a must see while enjoying a private bonfire!
The exquisite furnishings and relaxed atmosphere creates a vacation paradise for any guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the kitchen essentials to make you feel at home. No need to worry about linens and towels, we provide those too! There is a washer/dryer available and guests can enjoy watching TV on 2 large flat screens along with internet WIFI access. We recently upgraded the internet service to a high speed offering from Comcast. The added amenities will ensure every guest enjoys their stay at the Luxury Lake House.
There are 2 TVs, one is located in the bonus room and one in the basement. Both TVs are equipped with Amazon Fire Sticks. You will have to use your own streaming subscriptions to watch live TV and any other streaming services.
The Top Level: 2 master bedrooms (queens) overlooking the bay. The top level also has two additional bedrooms (queen and 3 singles) along with bonus room over the garage (2 trundle beds, single bed – sleeps 5). The master bedrooms have private full bathrooms with showers. There is an additional full bathroom on this level with 2 sinks and private shower area.

The Main Levels: Fully equipped entry level kitchen, bathroom, large sunken living room, wet bar area and walk out to the deck area with grill.
The Lower Level: Finished basement with flat screen, Amazon Fire Stick, Cable TV and full bathroom.
*** September 2019 we upgraded internet and added Comcast cable to the basement TV.
The Outdoor Areas: The outdoor patio area has chairs and dining table. The lower deck has lounge chairs and the beach area has chairs as well.

This home is conveniently located just a few miles southwest of Caseville, Michigan and about 23 miles southwest of Port Austin, Michigan. Crescent Beach Road is a quiet street on Sandpoint peninsula that juts out into Saginaw Bay. Caseville and Port Austin host numerous festivals throughout the year for guests to enjoy.
