About this house rental
Bring your boat and stay docked at this unique 4 bedroom 3 full bath canal front home. The house is laid out to entertain, handicap accessible, and sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. Enjoy summer nights on the spacious deck over the gas fire pit or cuddle up inside next to the fireplace on those chilly days. The property offers 3 docks, plenty of room to dock up to 5 midsize boats. Weather you're a family looking for a vacation or a avid fisherman/duck hunter this house will satisfy the needs.
The space
The main floor consists of master bedroom with king bed and full. 2nd bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twins. Washer, dryer, 2nd full bath, fully furnished kitchen, and living room are on the main floor. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a king bed with baby crib. The 4th bedroom has a full and queen bed. Also there is a full bath on this floor as well. The basement is finished with a bar, office area, and futon. The basement walks out into the garage/game room which is insulated and heated. Garage has a built in handicap ramp that leads to main level. The house sits on 300ft of canal frontage and has 3 docks to park boats. Full fish cleaning station, massive deck with natural gas fire pit, wood burning pit and sand area, screened in porch with propane grill. 18kw back up generator so your vacation doesn't get ruined by a storm. The house is perfect for boaters, fisherman, and duck hunters. Within minutes you can be on Wildfowl Bay.

Great place! Super clean and very comfortable for our group. Big thanks for helping make this trip happen after we had to cancel last year due to a medical issue — really appreciated that. Hopefully we’ll be back!Just a quick note for future guests: water levels in the canal can run low, so the dock might not always be usable for a boat. We didn’t end up using it because of the temps and wind, but even if we had, it probably wouldn’t have worked this time of year.

The property was very nice. Our elderly Aunt was able to negotiate getting in and out of the house well. Very nice outdoor space for enjoying the nice cooler weather in the evenings

We were all very happy with our stay - escaping reality! The place looks like itdoes in picture and was very clean and comfortable of the 8 of us.We had a few questions and Kyle was very quick to respond.Definetly would go back
