40 minutes from the Marais Poitevin and 1 hour from Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, restored old house, typical of the Gâtine, located in a small hamlet 2km from Secondigny.
100 m² unfenced garden, garden furniture and barbecue.
Ground floor: kitchen-living room (31 m²), living room (24 m², wood stove, internet by wire or wifi), storeroom (6m² - washing machine and dryer), shower room (wc), wc , Ch1 accessible by 2 steps (19 m²-140 bed, cot).

Pougne-Hérisson (Navel of the World) 14 km, Parthenay (medieval town, games festival in early July, market) 18km. Vendée beaches 1h30mn. All charges included except wood in the High, Very High and Medium Seasons rates.

Amoureux des maisons de caractère nous avons apprécié cette charmante maison bien restaurée par les propriétaires. La maison est située dans un hameau très calme parfaitement située entre Puy du fou et Futuroscope. Les propriétaires sont gentils, très accueillant, à l'écoute et toujours disponibles. Coup de cœur pour les luminaires fabriqués par Christophe. Maison spacieuse et tout confort. Si nous revenons dans le coin nous y logerons de nouveau.
