The Caroline is a Beautiful newly constructed free standing apartment with separate bedroom and den completely furnished kitchen, full bath w tiled shower and full size washer and dryer.
Linens and towels are provided.
This cottage is located in the Marshes Light Community and Manteo Historic District. It is located within walking distance to wonderful restaurants, galleries, boutiques and water sports and sailing adventures.
Private entrance and street parking.
It is also located along the OBX Marathon Route. (2 guest Maximum) enforced

Perfect place to spend the weekend. The owner was nice enough to stop by and Introduce himself. Thanks again for a nice play to stay for the weekend.

The cottage is exactly as pictured. Very clean and basic necessities are there including a coffee maker and ice maker. The location is 0.3 miles to downtown and you can walk on the boardwalk at the end of the street to get there. Very convenient! The host responds quickly to questions. It is a beautiful neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.
