Very nice garage apartment. Super clean and beautiful wood work and painting. Large bathroom and fully stocked kitchen. Location is perfect for walking into old town Manteo. Great vacation lodging. Ideally situate for exploring the Outer Banks and Hatera/Ocracoke. The host was very nice and professional. We will be staying here again!

This was our second time staying at the Caroline Cottage and we love the convenience of the location, the cleanliness of the property, and how easy it is to book and stay. Tod is a fabulous host! We will be back :)

Property and area were nice. We had an issue with the air conditioner the 2nd day we were there. I called and text the owner around 4, he got back to me within a half hour. He did get someone to fix it but not until 9. Other then that the stay was fine
