The place was nice and clean and right next to the beach. The only drawback to staying at this place is parking. There is only street parking. We got lucky and found a close spot on arrival.

Enjoyed are stay close to pier and shopsOne minus is that the delivery truck and trash truck arrive early for deliveries and pickup for the hotel next door

Last condo on the street, then the beach. Right on the path to take you to the PISMO BEACH sign and all the little shops. If it is your first time you MUST get chowder at Splash cafe and a Cinnamon roll at Old West Cinnamon. There is a deck that has a bar on top of Inn on the Pier. great place to get selfies with the sunset.Out condo was exactly what we needed. very quiet, clean and close to everything
