You will want to come back every year to this bright and cheery 4th floor direct oceanfront gem! This spacious floor plan features expanded tile in the living areas with incredible ocean views. The chef's kitchen features granite throughout and includes everything you would need for making memorable oceanfront meals. Brew up your morning cup of coffee in the Drip Coffee Maker.
Enjoy the private slider off the Master Suite for expanded ocean views and sounds of the waves lapping the shore. Relax in the whirlpool tub in the enormous Master Bath with separate step in shower.
The 2nd guest room is home to a comfy queen bed with a TV and a bathroom located conveniently just across the hall. The 3rd bedroom sleeps two more with two twin beds and another TV for movie watching and game playing.

The beach is nicely tucked in between St Augustine and Daytona. Very private beach and a beautiful property. The house was immaculate and made our family extremely happy. Right on the beach and a short 3-5 minute walk to two pools. Cannot say enough of how perfect our stay was. If you get the chance, stay here!

Listing and property all accurate. Toll every time we left property unless driving 15 miles down to cut across A1A was a pain and out of way, just bit the bullet and paid it. Everything you need close by. Front door knob needs replaced only the combination knob worked. Pools were nice and never crowded. Severe construction however, trucks and workers on every street. Halfway from Daytona and St Augustine made day trips easy for shopping with teens. Also took a day trip to Orlando on a whim! Overall highly recommended. Teens had freedom and felt safe thanks to the gates.

We loved the condo! It had everything we needed and plenty of room for our family of five! Such a gorgeous view! The only thing we ran into was the fitted sheet in the master bedroom was dirty when we arrived, but there was an extra sheet set in the closet so it wasn’t a problem to change it out. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property. We were disappointed you could not access ocean because of rocks going more than four feet into ocean as far as you could walk everything else about property was lovely.
