561 Cinnamon Beach

The location was awesome

The furniture was a little dated and the kitchen hardware was limited

Location was great. Place was clean except for a couple of dirty pans.

Elevator broke on day of check out. Had to carry all out belongings down 6 flights of stairs. No baking dishes.

This is a corner unit on the top (6th) floor. Nice, high ceilings and a spectacular sunrise view every morning. The walkway over to the beach could not be any closer and parking was super easy. There is an elevator. Plenty of space in the condo. The pools are not super close but walkable and extremely nice. Adult pool is large enough to swim laps and is oceanfront, and the family pool is on a small lake with zero entry and great kid play area. There is also a pool grill that is a little pricey but pretty good. This is a gated community and feels very safe. A1A fish market is a couple miles away and is well worth it. We cooked seafood from them every night. There is also a very nice shaded bike path. The beach is very nice with plenty of shells but it also does have many rocks that you will discover either at low tide or by scraping into them. Sections of the beach are clearer than others.

The balcony is great and has a nice breeze due to being in the corner; however, the furniture needs replaced. The lounge chair cushions are all ripped up and the iron table with chairs is missing a chair. Inside, one of the suites in the back (queen bed and private bathroom) has a window to the outside condo hallway. For privacy these blinds are kept shut. An additional pull down shade or thicker blinds are needed due to the hallway light illuminating the room at night making it very difficult to sleep. I would not come back to sleep in this same room. We contacted the property management after the first night concerning the inefficient blinds but got no response. We did ask management to replace a frying pan and blender base and they were very helpful with those minor issues.
