Room was nice for the cost! Nice restaurant at the hotel. Short car ride to Poblado.
The check in experience was awful. First time I have waited an hour and a half to check in. I understand that the hotel had an issue with Booking.com, but when I checked out I felt the staff crossed the line. The person who checked us out was not friendly and said I only paid for 1 night, not 2. I told her I paid for both nights and don’t owe more money. She said no. I had to show her I paid the full amount on my bank transactions! If you stay here, make sure you don’t follow this and pay more than you have to. Also the shower pressure was too strong in our room. And the hotel is not located in the best area, but it is close to Poblado.
