Everything is done on foot, the shops are nearby and open all year round.

Open kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, 1 large oven, induction hob, traditional electric coffee maker and 1 Nespresso.
There are plenty of appliances if you feel like cooking.

Heating is included in the winter season.

Sliding scale tariff from the second consecutive week from September to May. To see together.
A contract is sent.
On your arrival a deposit is requested. It is returned if the accommodation is impeccable on your departure (identical to that of your arrival).
You will find at your disposal a "home book", maps, description of the many activities of the station and the surroundings: hikes in the Albères, and tourist sites.
Summer entertainment does not disturb your stay but remains within walking distance.
We make every effort to ensure that you can have a very good holiday.
We have 2 very friendly cats.

We had a very comfortable stay in this appartement. Everything was catered for and the owners were very friendly and extremely helpful. The Wifi was particularly good. We will certainly be staying there again. Thankyou Catherine and Loic.

Accueil très chaleureux , Mijo est une personne à l'écoute si un problème survient .Très bon emplacement : commerces, médecins , plage à 300 m . Appartement conforme aux photos et surtout très belle terrasse aménagée avec gout

idéalement placée cette location est au calme avec les commerces essentiels (supérette , boulangerie , restaurants ... ) à proximité d'un côté et accès à la plage de l'autre côté merci à MIJO et aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et bienveillance , les équipements sont de qualités et la présence du barbecue est un vrai plus ; à recommander

Tout est conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Il y fait bon vivre.La mer vraiment a coté avec tres peu de portions de routes à traverser avec les enfants donc sécurisé.La maison est parfaite il n'y manque rien et la terrasse est un bonheur avec bcp de places et en plus c'est très jolie.Les commerces sont à côté également nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture de la semaine .Il y a des marchés 3 fois par semaine, il n'y a que l'embarras du choix pour les bars,/restaurants et boutiques.a 15 minutes de collioure.et une ola pour la gentillesse et les petites attentions pour la personne de confiance( Mijo) qui accueillent les locataires en l'absence des propriétaires.
