Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhige Lage und angenehmer Blick auf den Pinienwald. Die Dachterrasse war ein besonderes Highlight und schön möbliert. Die Stahltür zum Seitenraum auf der Dachterrasse war ausgehängt, da defekt. Der Vermieter, M. M.l, war sehr freundlich, korrekt und unkompliziert. Allerdings im Vorfeld Kontakt mit Interchalet telefonisch aufzunehmen war mit den angegebenen Telefonnummern unmöglich, nur nach Recherchen über das Impressum der Internetseite Kontakt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, vor allem die Terrasse. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind aber zu bemängeln. Es gibt keine Duschstange und kein Toilettenpapierhalter. Für die Spülmaschine war nur 1 Tab vorhanden. Anderes Spülmittel gab es nicht. Der Grill war kaputt, es wurde aber gleich ein neuer besorgt, allerdings darf man nicht zu viel erwarten (billiger Elektrogrill). Die Schranktüren im Schlafzimmer lassen sich schwer bzw. gar nicht schieben. Aber das sind alles Sachen, mit denen kann man leben.

Gute Lage, ruhig und doch zentral. Geschäfte Flussläufen erreichbar. Strand sehr nah. Mit Garage (nicht für SUV).
