Only 3 miles to the GTA Owners Club and 8 miles to Downtown Galena. This home is NOT pet-friendly. This 5200 square foot home is steps away from prestigious golf and the entrance to The Galena Territory, but quietly tucked away by itself on prestigious Trillium Lane.

Our luxury home boasts 6 bedrooms total. The main level primary bedroom has an expansive walk-in closet, a King bed, a whirlpool tub & shower. Upstairs, you will have 2 Queen bedrooms, each with its own large private bathroom. The lower level has another primary suite with a large King bed and an en suite bathroom. Then there is a small Queen bedroom that will share the King bedroom bath and has access to the additional half bathroom downstairs. Lastly, there is a Queen bed and bathroom above the garage. Most bedrooms, family room, and living room have HD flat screen tvs. Enjoy the open concept family room, kitchen, and dining, or have some quiet time on the screen porch or all-season room. The pool table and huge hot tub (available year-round) are bound to be highlights of your trip. The attention to detail in this home will astound you. The upscale furnishings, outdoor deck with wooded view, top-of-the-line outdoor hot tub, and complimentary WiFi will add to your enjoyment of this beautiful home and area. Please note that guests do not have garage access at this home, even though it is shown in the pictures. There is a 3-4 night minimum required at Trillium during peak season from June to August.

As our guest, you will have access to the GTA Owners Club. The indoor pool is open year-round and the outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day (sometimes longer). The club is an exclusive amenity that can only be used by Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The Club includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, free WiFi, and outdoor playground. Don’t forget to visit Lake Galena, the Shenandoah Riding Center & hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Disclaimer: You may not have enough cards for your entire group. Guest passes can be purchased for just $5 a day at the GTA admin office or pool entrance. Staying with us grants you access, but it may not be free. Please remember usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed and we do not discount or refund due to their closure.

When you book a home with us we will require 30% down, this is a payment, not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days before check-in. If you cancel before the 14 days, you will receive the first payment less a $35 cancellation fee. At the 14-day mark, your stay will become non-refundable, and dates cannot be adjusted. Please NOTE: You must sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking. We ask that this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receiving it to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older when booking and present during the entire stay. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file when booking. Your rental agreement (sent after booking) will reflect the due dates and amounts. Our cancellation policy is NOT flexible, we highly recommend travel insurance. Travel insurance is offered when booking and up until 15 days before check-in.

**Check-in details are emailed to the email on file three days before your arrival. This includes the address, access code, and other pertinent home/area information. Early check-in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or the morning of your arrival. The emailed check-in details will cover this process.
