Venetian Bay Villages is just off HWY192, in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. Venetian Bay is ideally located as a "home base" for other Florida activities including the Space Coast or the Gulf Coast.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this fully air conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for families or for a dew friends golfing or vacationing. This home has a spacious family room with cable tv, and free wifi. The family room is open to the dining room and the kitchen so that you can socialize while enjoying a great meal prepared in your fully equipped kitchen.
Spacious sleeping accommodations include 3 bright and roomy bedrooms. The main floor master bedroom has a king bed, a TV and an ensuite bath with a jetted tub. There are two other bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, and TVs, that share a hall bath.
Make use of one of the four community pools including the huge, heated pool at the clubhouse. Make a day of it at the clubhouse pool and enjoy a BBQ at one of the provided grills. Let the kids frolic in one of the three playgrounds. There are also tennis courts, a basketball court, and a sand volleyball area for your enjoyment. The clubhouse has a well equipped fitness room, games room, computer room and movie theatre room. Take a walk on the pave pathways to enjoy the grounds, beautifully lush with tress and gardens as well as several ponds, and a great covered gazebo overlooking the fountain. Feel safe during your stay at Venetian Bay as it is a fully guard gated community with great staff. As well, there is a local management company just a phone call away in case of emergency.

Everything was nice, this was our second time staying at this property. We love the overlooking of the beautiful lakes. The home was comfy and equipped with pretty much everything we needed. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the bath tubs and shower curtains, but overall we still enjoyed our stay.

My husband, four kids (8-16 yrs), and I stayed here for 6days. The house was mostly clean and spacious enough. The kitchen is small ( bring your own can opener and skillet), but quite serviceable. The kids beds were great, and the neighborhood is relatively quiet. Coming in to the main entrance at 4pm to make a left into the facility is a bad idea. Traffic backs up there and because it’s gated and security checks each car’s license plate, the line impedes traffic. Come in so as to make a right turn into the development. The bed/bath is spacious, but the master bed itself is awful. It’s like sleeping on the tile floor. My husband and I woke each mornings feeling like we had been hit with a board. I got up the first morning and pulled the sheet back to make sure it wasn’t the box springs we were sleeping on. It wasn’t…Otherwise, it was good. We needed a couple things done while we were there, and they were taken care of immediately. Worth the money, but would only stay again if I knew the mattress was replaced
