Its ideal location gives you direct access to the picturesque pedestrian center, the old port and its famous restaurants as well as its nearby beach. The bus and train stations located a few minutes' walk away are ideal for exploring the region, in particular Nice and Monaco, which you can reach in less than 15 minutes. A rare occurrence in Villefranche, the residence has a few non-nominative parking spaces available for free access.

"LA TERRASSE" is ideal for accommodating 4 to 6 people in very high standard comfort. "LA TERRASSE" was refurbished in the summer of 2016 for your enjoyment. The apartment offers a surface of 90m2 lined with an additional 90m2 of terrace and external passageways. Free on the 3 sides, you will find, at any time of the day, a corner of shade and sun. To best accommodate your desires, individual electric blinds will allow you to best adjust the sun exposure and brightness. In order to make the most of its exterior assets, "LA TERRASSE" provides you with a garden table, outdoor lounge and sun loungers.
At night, the LED spotlights on dimmers, present indoors and outdoors, will allow you to create a more or less subdued atmosphere according to your wishes.
You can rub shoulders with Provencal cuisine as well as the famous Farniente from the South of France in the Living Room / Kitchen which offers a living room of more than 40m2 in a modern and relaxing style.
Cooking becomes a real pleasure with the island kitchen, facing the harbor, allowing you to prepare your meals facing the sea! Cooking rhymes with ease with the brand and latest generation appliances that are offered to you; This includes a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob connected to its ceiling hood by Bluetooth. All small appliances as well as cookware and dishes are also available for more elaborate preparations.
The snack corner of the island is ideal for late night aperitifs! According to your wishes, you can dine on the dining room table or outside.
In the living room, you can choose your angle of view; either the meridian to admire the bay; either armchairs to observe the old town. A giant screen of 49 inches latest generation 4K, coupled with a digital bouquet of 200 channels, will allow you to follow your favorite programs live or delayed.
However, if you have to work or if you just want to surf for fun, wifi is available throughout the apartment as well as on the terrace.
The warmth of the French Riviera will be at your mercy with the apartment's ultra-efficient and silent air conditioning. You can adjust it according to your preferences and in a differentiated and independent way in the living room / kitchen and in each of the bedrooms.
The sleeping area will be the cradle of restful sleep. THE VIEW: This Master Bedroom offers a breathtaking view, day and night, over the harbor, the roofs and the alleys of the old village. It has a 160x200 Queen Size double bed, a dressing room with drawers and wardrobe and its own large adjoining bathroom. The latter will amaze you with its extraordinary view and not overlooked, either from the freestanding bathtub or from the XXL walk-in shower. It also has double Villeroy & Boch sinks with built-in Fantini mixer, a large LED mirror fitted with Bluetooth speakers and a private toilet.
THE SPA: This room will delight you with its Zen atmosphere and its view of the houses and fruit gardens typical of Villefranche. It offers a large double bed of 140x200, a dressing room and a soothing shower room with its bucket in the shape of a bucket, its relaxation bench, and its walk-in shower.
The sofa with chaise longue in the living room allows an additional double bed. Its foam mattress, special for permanent rest, offers pleasant sleeping comfort.
For your comfort, "LA TERRASSE" includes a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a separate additional WC.
