About this apartment rental
Come enjoy year round fun on our private 30 acres with a pond. This is a basement unit is within our permanent residence. You have a private entrance to do as you wish.
We are within close access to hiking,biking,cross country/downhill skiing,ORV& snowmobile trails.
The unit has 3 fully furnished bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has queen bed and bedroom 2 has a full bed and a twin bed, bedroom 3 has two twin beds (all linens provided)
Fully equipped kitchen including stove-oven,microwave,refrigerator,coffee maker, cookware,utensils,crockpot
Full bathroom with standup shower,sink,toilet and all bath linens provided.
Fully furnished living room-2 couches,love seat, big screen TV with Direct TV, DVD and wood fired fireplace for chilly nights. WiFi included
Beautiful Sunday Lake is located 1 mile away and offers paved walking/biking trail, beach,playground and spectacular sunsets. Kayak rentals available on the beach. Stop by the visitors center next to the stoplight to find more info on area attractions.
We are a pet friendly unit to pets that are well mannered, house broken and get along with others. We have a boxer puppy who is very friendly.
Enjoy a relaxing evening sitting around the fire pit, watching the abundant wildlife that the U.P. has to offer

Lake of the clouds/ porkies visitor center (eastern end of porkies) is located 27 miles up county road 519 and at the end of south boundary road
Black River Harbor- enjoy the numerous waterfalls and sand beach area in the black river harbor area. 20 miles
Copper Peak- take the adventure ride to breath taking views on top of the worlds biggest ski flying jump. 15 miles
Little Girls Point- Walk the sand shores of Lake Superior at little girls point. This area is an excellent place for beachcombing with little or no other people around to bother you. 25 miles
Ottawa National Forest (Henry Lake area) backwoods kayakers/explores dream. Enjoy numerous small lakes filled with pan fish and large mouth bass or just enjoy the quiet nature surrounding this national forest area. 10 miles

Quiet, clean, comfortable. Billiards. Darts. Foosball. Bar. Ample parking. Everything had a place, evertything worked as expected. What more is needed?
