Attention to detail. Staff were amazing. So professional while being lovely at the same time. Fast to respond to any request. Food was amazing. Cosy, feels like a home. Really enjoyed the stay and will absolutely go back. I would have rated everything exceptional but they had a fire and we had to leave. They handled it all so brilliantly and moved us to another hotel. Actually you know what, I should really rate the whole experience as exceptional because their team was just really amazing.

Beautifully appointed hotel in a great location. Friendly staff with a lovely vibe. Extremely clean , great breakfast & nice to sit & read the many books they have in the lounge sitting areas . Cute bar also

We ordered a couple of things and they weren’t on plate or we received food we didn’t ask for. I think staff should write down what is requested rather than leaving it to memory.

The hotel is incredibly special and the staff are very attentive making the whole experience exceptional. Small number of rooms means staff get to know you and it really does feel like home from home.

I first learned about the J.K brand when I visited the island of Capri seven years ago. So when the J.K. Place Paris was available for our winter trip to Paris, I was excited to experience first-hand what I had seen through social media. I was, unfortunately, utterly disappointed. The room was a nice size for Paris. I liked the window in the bathroom and the carpet in the bedroom instead of the wood floors. Very cozy in the winter. However, it fell apart after that. The chef does not work Sundays or Mondays, so eating at the restaurant is limited to their in-room dining menu. There is MAJOR construction next door, as a new hotel is being built. This information should have been mentioned on their website or upon check-in. Our room had noise from 8:00 am until 5:00. Non-stop. Please ask about this before booking your stay. The next day, we went to take showers and had no hot water. We called the front desk and were told another guest had complained, so they would have a technician look into it. We got a call 45 minutes later, saying the city had cut off the gas to the area until noon the next day. They offered to comp our room that night - and we said yes. The worst part was when we came downstairs to ask about the hot water, the receptionist pulled out a notification from the city - informing the hotel about gas being shut off during that time. However, they never told us. At the very least, we could have prepared for it. It felt like a flat-out lie. The day we checked out, we called down to have coffee delivered (about 6:00 am); after a quick cup, we headed downstairs to grab our car. One person was managing the entire hotel at that moment. He was responsible for check-outs, taxis, and room service. What 5-star hotel has one person on staff at 6:30 am on a Friday? We will never stay at the J.K. Place Paris again, and the brand has lost our business, regardless of location. This hotel is not prepared to invite guests into their doors.

We have stayed at the JK on multiple occasions and it never disappoints. The staff members are willing to assist in all ways to make your stay in Paris unforgettable. Each morning at breakfast our beautiful hostess remembered our favorite items and acknowledged us as return visitors. The hotel feels like a posh, private apartment and we always look forward to our return.

I loved the pool and gym. The breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly.

My room could have been a bit bigger, with a better view. I could have had a bath tub as well.

The staff - nothing was too much trouble - everyone was so charming in an unobsequious way. Room was small but everything worked - as a woman I especially appreciated the small touches like a practical bathroom and dyson hairdryer.

The room was very small - no chair or surface to put a laptop or iPad is challenging in today’s environment - but the hotel is understated and chic - a pleasure to be in.

Beautiful boutique hotel, I loved the amazing interior design. The staff is very friendly and location is great, walking distance to most places. Delicious menu selection at the restaurant Tua Casa. We will definitively go back!
