About this bed and breakfast
This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. Guests must be able to climb up and down 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.
The space is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage, and is located behind my home, above my garage. Ideally the space is perfect for three people but it can accommodate up to 4 people with a provided twin roll away bed, and a twin self inflating air mattress.

The place is so comfortable and accommodating. Lynda isa great host and everything was super easy and convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed and in a quiet neighborhood easily accessible to other parts of town. I really appreciated all of the amenities and the only thing I needed to purchase for our stay was food. Everything was in working order, the bed was super comfortable, great water pressure in the shower. I was nervous about the on-street parking at first but didn't have any issues. If we come to town again I will 100% book another stay here.
