    Sign outside flashing heated pool and pool also shows on website; pool is, and has been, closed. FALSE ADVERTISING!! Paint chips on floor in bathroom and paint falling off wall near shower. Sink plugged. No handsoap. Only half of the lights worked in main sleeping area; not even the main one that you turn on when you walk in worked. Biggest complaint is I ordered a King bed and I got a KING bed. I am 5'4" and the mattress came up to my belly button. What a joke. Still having back spasms and body aches from literally climbing in and out of the bed.. Desk clerk should be able to do his job and know his rooms. This also means that you couldn’t see the TV when you were lying down as TV was too low. I moved microwave and put TV on top of it. Lastly, breakfast was not brought to room as was listed as a freebie when making reservation. The hallways were hotter than heck. Could not find an ice machine even though there was a bucket in the room.

    I won't take too much of your time... This review will literally just hit the highlights... Always sad to see these fall into dreadful places to stay... The Good: 4 walls of a well decorated hotel A/C worked great Hot Water The sheets were clean The Bad: Pool out of service Lobby bathrooms out of service Very unkept, once respectable hotel Nearly non-existent breakfast (corn flakes, a jug of milk, folgers coffee, donut holes, toast and a waffle maker with some disgusting look goop to make waffles with The Ugly: Room was a disaster Immediate mold smell of unkept carpeting that has not been adequately cleaned in some time? Shower curtain stained and literally looks like it still has the snot from previous The toilet seas is literally wrapped with electrical tape to hold it together 2 mindless staff members for entire hotel who look like siblings of a family running a real shit show here...
