We stayed here for one night on our way down the coast. The condo was clean and had a great view. We had to drive down the road to a motel/RV park to get the electronic code for the door which was strange, but overall we had a good time.

The property was fine for a weekend. Wish the gas fireplace worked. Also more then 1 wine glass would have been nice. Very conveniently located for what we wanted to do. People upstairs were very noisy so if that bothers you reconsider.

The condo wasn't very clean but sufficient. Check in was easy.Note that there is no dishwasher so the dishes and cutlery were a gamble. The view of the bay is nice but the glare of the afternoon sun on the water is blinding. Not as nice as it looks.

Great little place right on the water…loved having the window cracked at night. Can be quite windy at times, but we lucked out with a couple sunny, calm days in the middle of our stay. Places like Walmart are very close too. We’d definitely come back.

We loved being 20' from the waters edge and being able to observe the tidal changes twice a day and watching the wildlife react and benefit to the tide changes. We loved all the windows in the doors, letting in so much light and giving an expansive view of the bay and peninsula across the bay. The only nit is the very narrow driveway, which is challenging after dark.

The property was very attractive and right on the water which was very pleasant to sit and listen to the waves and sit in the Sun. We booked it for two nights but only stayed one, unfortunately the bed was so uncomfortable we did not want to stay another night. Also which I agree with the house rules were no pets and no kids. But a couple came in on the floor above us and they definitely had a child that we listen to running back and forth well into the evening. We would definitely book this place and stay again if the furniture was more comfortable.

The location was convenient and the view of the bay was enjoyable. The kitchen was under-supplied (e.g., not even a dishtowel), so if you wanted to cook, it would not be easy. We ate out and only stayed one night, so it was good enough for us this time

This was a very well appointed and maintained property. It was close to all of the things we wanted to see and do. My only complaint is that the couch is very uncomfortable to sit on and there isn't a good reading light. Otherwise it was the perfect place to stay in Coos Bay.

The bed at this property has a huge dip in the middle, and a plastic mattress cover that crinkled every time I turned over. While I understand the owner couldn’t control the people upstairs, perhaps a rules flyer with “no laundry allowed after 10 pm” would have helped the tennis shoes in the dryer at midnight.

The place is very conveniently located. Excellent river view. Description says it accommodates three adults, but there was no additional bedding and no extra blankets provided for the sleeper couch. Kitchen minimally stocks with cooking items. No dishwasher. No extra towels. The light switches do not work. There are stand along light fixtures that you have to walk to to turn on lights. Parking is limited. Tub needs to be resurfaced.

Start with Misty at check in. Very nice professional and helpful. The condo is located along the river and the sunsets are amazing. Water comes right up to the property at high tide. As for the condo itself. Amazingly clean and comfortable. Has amenities such as silverware plates pans fridge washer drier. Walmart is 2 miles up the road. Casino is closer! Beach and harbor are about 3 miles the other direction. It is perfectly located!!! I am definitely going to book this location again!! Thank you

Overall this was a nice place to stay. The day of our arrival I kept trying to click on the access the location button, hoping for door codes or something, and it pulled up blank. I check my VRB and emails to be sure I didn't miss anything but couldn't find anything. Once we arrived I called the number and Misty, the property manager said she had emails to come to a mobile home park to pick up the check in information. I never received an email and this was not mentioned in the rental posting either. It was a bit stressful as we got to town without knowing if we would get into the place. Then the Wi-Fi was down and I had brought my iPad that needs Wi-Fi to connect so I wasn't able to the entire 3 days. Misty stated she was calling Spectrum cable but we never heard back from her so we didn't have it the entire stay. It was nice that the place was on the bay and we had amazing sunsets. There weren't any "frills" with the place, no little soaps or kitchen towels, just cheap paper towels and not many kitchen items. It worked but it wasn't anything special, other than the view.

Quiet condo in a quiet neighborhood. Great views of the water, could easily hear the waves even when indoors (with the windows open). Stellar sunsets. Got to watch lots of cool birds out in the water, too. Very clean and comfy condo. Tile floors so bring your slippers! Would totally stay here again.

Had a great stay in April, easy check-in to the house. That all changed on this 2nd time staying here a couple weeks ago. Apparently their check-in process changed with no notification on VRBO or a courtesy message. I received no message for check-in for this visit, so I used the same code to enter the house from my last visit. It worked. Around 7:30 that evening after I had settled in, I received a rude phone call from some lady who turned out to be a new manager at the Plainview Motel saying I had to first check in with her. No where on their advertisement does it say where or how to check in. After driving to the Plainview Motel which is a couple miles away from this rental property, I get there and was greeted rudely with a form to fill out and treated as if I was some stranger checking into a sleazy motel, which the Plainview Motel does fit that description. She gave me some lame excuse that they had just underwent a new change in their check-in policy. Classless customer service, bad communication on how they advertise tue space. Be upfront when making changes in how you present your rental, so it is not some big surprise when guests arrive. Not worth the price nor the hassle. Plenty of other great places with phenomal hosts to stay with Coos Bay / North Bend area.

We needed to find a place to stay to celebrate my sister turning 40, she is in a wheelchair so the lower option was perfect! The place is very clean with awesome views of the bay. Only a couple of things could have made it better 1. The couch does make into a bed but no linens provided for the bed. 2. There was only 1 smaller sized skillet would have been to have another or at least a bigger one. I would recommend this place to others. Thank you

We did not stay. Left after we entered. The pictures do match the listing. However, the description does not. There is no “private” beach. You’re sharing with the person above (which I think is a permanent resident), so that’s not what I consider private. And it’s not a beach to make a sand castle at or lay out on. Secondly, there is no safe way to make it to the beach. The whole neighborhood is sketchy and the condo had an awful musty smell. The lady that checked us in was snotty at first because she didn’t have our reservation (she was nice when we drove to her, to pick up the keys). There was leftover food still in the fridge from the previous customer, from God knows when. It was disgusting. The whole town was gross, run down, closed and over populated with “RV parks” where the RVs never leave. We did not stay the night there, it felt very unsafe and sketchy. Do not go here unless you want to end up on the missing person list. Not safe. Not clean enough. Traces of dog hair on the couch. Just say no, unless you don’t mind these kind of things! We didn’t ask for a refund because we didn’t want to deal with them.
