Nestled right on the bay itself, this newly constructed Coos Bay home is the perfect place to watch dazzling sunsets, reconnect with nature, and experience Oregon's astounding natural beauty. Bring your fishing gear, as there are many great spots to fish, clam, and crab nearby. Also within close proximity are beloved state parks (including Sunset Bay and Shore Acres), beautiful beaches, sand dunes, casinos, and an abundance of delicious eateries.
The amenities are abundant inside this beach home. When you aren't out on the shoreline looking for shells, watching shore birds, and dipping your toes into the water, you'll find yourself lounging in the open floor plan living room. With soft seating and a large TV, you can relax into this space as the chef of your family utilizes stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops in the superbly equipped kitchen. Gather together and eat at the dining table, or pack a picnic and enjoy the sea breeze outdoors.
Both bedrooms have been curated for your comfort, each with plush linens, a TV, a bright interior, and a full bathroom. After days spent on the sand and in the sun, you'll delight in taking a dip in the jetted jacuzzi tub. Come nightfall, leave your clothes to spin in the private washer/dryer and head outside for one last glimpse of the sun meeting the water, the perfect ending to another day on vacation.

Appreciated washer and dryer. Kitchen was well stocked.The only issue was that the entry key pad was extremely finicky. Sometimes took 5 or 6 tries before entry was possible. There would be a red light for one digit and we’d have to begin again.

We enjoyed our stay, such a nice view! The house is adorable, and well equipped. Very quiet neighborhood, and easy access to town and highway.

While the house itself was great I must say the surrounding area is less than appealing. I think this house is the nicest in that location. While it was neat to stay by the bay others reviewed they were able to see wonderful sunsets. Well I guess we weren’t prepared for Oregon fog because we saw not one sunset due to the fog. So keeps that in mind. As for watching the tide go in & out that was okay but most of the time you are just looking at the mud & bay bottom. Also while it was good for being centrally located the town itself didn’t offer up much for things to do. So based off the house itself it was a comfortable stay for 3 people. (This stay was during the month of July cold windy & foggy…who knew not this Ohio girl lol)
