Brilliant for us, the family are exceptional hosts
Small friendly family run hotel/b&b, if you want all mod cons, then stay at ibis somewhere, if you like real Italian hospitality at irs very best, then stay here, Flávio, Flora, Narcisse,Camilla,Andrea and Ernesto are a great well oiled team, Flávio’s cooking is fantastic and flora is host with the most personality, the views are to die for, but remember you are 3km above the lake as the crow flies and a 15/20 minute drive down to como lake. The only negative is the boy racer motorbikes that like to speed up the winding road, just off the terrace view, no problem to me though. Would definitely stay here again, as an added bonus, swimming pool with snack and drinks bar, 40 metres from hotel front door, within its grounds.

The host remembered to give us info on everything we couldnt do and what costs extra, however they forgot to inform us on things like which floor we were staying on, wifi password, etc Got the feeling that we were more in the way than welcome, Anyhow, the view was great!

Le bruit des motos des voitures de l'isolation phonique de l'hôtel trop de bruits pour pouvoir se reposer on entend la télé du voisin. Restauration à revoir. Pas de wifi dans la chambre ni sur la terrasse uniquement a l'accueil. Déçu du séjour.

L’établissement a changé de nom. Difficile à trouver. Pas de climatisation, simple vitrage, virage en épingle au pied de la chambre, route très fréquentée par les motards donc chambre très bruyante. Chambre vieillotte ,pas de lampe de chevet, canalisations douche et wc très bruyante!! Seul point positif la vue sur le lac!
Ce n’est plus le b ans b vendu sur booking . Le petit déjeuner n’étayât pas compris dans le tarif trop cher pour la localisation et les mauvaises prestations de cet hôtel désormais
