Superb
The position high above Bellagio makes the view over Lake Como very spectacular. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is very nice. Would certainly recommend.

Hotel was old and outdated but staff were friendly.
The windows had no curtains,no extra pillow,not allowed food or drinks in your room from outside the hotel,minimal furniture ,tv was eight inches large and difficult to operate,no working WiFi. It felt like we were the only people there,but they told us that they were sold out.

No-one at the address on the booking.com confirmation email to meet me. This caused a great deal of stress and anxiety, which became all too real as the evening closed in - it began to look as if I was going to spend the night on the side of the road (I was on foot, back-packing). Eventually I learned check-in is elsewhere - I'd been given an incorrect check-in address on the booking.com confirmation. How shockingly irresponsible. Could they not foresee what would happen on the day?

Hôtel à fuir.
La vue sur le lac de Côme.
L’hôtel est très difficile à trouver. Les extérieurs sont en friches, avec des gravats partout. Le matelas n’est absolument pas confortable, le lit double est composé de deux matelas qui ont fait leurs temps. Tout les équipements sont très ancien. L’eau chaude est tiède. Nous sommes le 8 avril, il fait 7 degrés dehors la nuit et il n y a pas de chauffage dans la chambre. Les vitres sont en simple vitrage avec la route au bord de la maison. C’est très bruyant. Un des propriétaire a regardé la télé de 1H à 4H du matin avec le son très fort (c’était forcément un propriétaire car nous étions les seuls clients). Le lendemain nous sommes partis à 8h15 en rendant les clés au propriétaire. Il y avait encore la table de leur dîner de la veille avec les assiettes et les restes de repas dans la salle d’accueil. Ils nous ont harcelé pour nous dire que nous n’avions pas payé la taxe de séjour alors que ce n’était pas le cas. Je vais faire une demande de remboursement à Booking.com.
