The view and private access to the beach was awesome.
It was too bad that you were not allowed to use the awning to shield the sun when sitting on the Balcony in the afternoon. We didn't feel like there was enough or too strong winds to justify us not being allowed to use it in the afternoon with just a little wind. Maybe just install a stronger awning.
