We had a great relaxing time at Port Franks getaway. From the moment we got into the Romantic Suite cottage, there was a calming music playing on the background, we saw a beautiful and clean cottage with meticulous details around it like champagne, freshly bread loaf and fun size chocolates!
It’s was our first time in Lambton Shores and we were impressed with lots of nature with calm surroundings.
Jim and Katie were very kind to lend us their bikes so we didn’t have to pack ours, we enjoyed very much our bike rides. We also took advantage of the sauna and hot tub that were available for us, we particularly liked the privacy when using them.
We also enjoyed the Grand Bend beach which was just a 10-15 minutes drive.
We liked everything, however a few minor suggestions that could help future guests:
1)additional cabinet or storage in the washroom
2) storage or an area maybe in the bedroom area to put the suitcases/ travel bags.
3) A plug for the island for the small appliances as the current one is close to the sink

Perfect getaway… absolutely spotless… amazing grounds & the hosts… exceeded my expectations!
I have no complaints whatsoever except that we didn’t book our getaway for a longer stay!
