We travelled as a family of 5 - my senior-aged parents, myself, and two children (14 and 10). Check-in was easy, the staff was warm and friendly. Because we were a larger group, we booked a triple queen room, which was perfect for sleeping accommodations. It would have been nice to have a better window view of the area, but it didn't really matter because we didn't stay too long in the room because we were busy exploring throughout the day. The beds were SO comfortable as well.
The location couldn't have been any better with the hotel. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the main beach with a variety of shops and restaurants close by - it was the best place to book for our stay.

Booked a week long stay with our 18 month old child. King standard Room was microscopic. Requested a crib over a month in advance and they didn’t fulfill the request when we arrived. Also, all TVs are smart TVs and WiFi was pretty crummy throughout the week so it was impossible to even watch tv in your room several nights.
Finally, we learned that they do not change the sheets when the cleaning staff turns over the rooms. Just wholly unacceptable.
They just need to try harder if they want to call their selves a “luxury hotel.”
