About this house rental
This house sits 60 yards from the Frio River. You have 800' of private river access including a private, public pool. 5 Star House ...Newly built. You can play volleyball, horse shoes or washers on the property. The houses include all bedding. You must bring your own towels. The kitchens are fully furnished with all appliances necessary and all the kitchen plates, bowls, cups, utensil you will need to cook. You have a beautiful view of the River and Mountains. Hiking, Tubing and Kayaking are a huge attraction in this area of the Frio River.
Just a few miles south of our location you can find Live Entertainment during Peak Season. There is also a golf course, Horseback riding and The Batcave just a few miles away. There is a local grocery store, and shopping. River Grove also has a boutique on location for guests to shop at.

The location is superb. The backyard is picturesque with the fall leaves and the mager. The only suggestion I can give is perhaps stock up the kitchen with better cook ware and perhaps some hangers in the room closet. Just suggestion to make the guests more comfortable.

Loved the location and easy access to the river right in your backyard. Staff super nice and helpful. Large open house fits everyone comfortably.

if you're looking for the perfect place on the Frio, don't hesitate to stay here! The house was clean and very inviting. Nina, the manager was friendly and kind. We happen to stay during this past weekend when there was an expected 10 inches of rain and she did all she could to ensure that my family and I felt comfortable and safe while on the property. Always keeping us in the loop with the weather changes. This little effort on her part is what makes me want to book again. There is an HEB @ Uvalde about 30 minutes away. Magers crossing is literally right behind the camp grounds. It was the best getaway and we cant wait to go back. Thanks Nina!

Property was spacious with ample sleeping. As described with a fair amount of utensils and cooking supplies. Bring your own indoor and outdoor towels and paper towels. Great spot for family vacation.
