Die Aussicht auf die Förde mit den Schiffen ist vorallem vom obersten Stock wunderbar. Sehr nette Nachbarn in den unteren beiden Wohnungen.

Küche und Geschirr schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Parkplatz 10min Fussweg entfernt, dafür im Schatten.

Der Blick war super! Durch die Schiffsrouten gab es immer etwas zu sehen. Sehr ruhig gelegen, in zweiter Reihe gleich hinter der Strandpromenade, auch ein Strandkorb gehört zur Wohnung, was im Sommer sicher noch viel besser ist. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet, es sind Bücher vorhanden und sogar eine große Auswahl an Brettspielen.
