"Ahoi" Vacation Rental with Two Balconies Near the Beach in Laboe
Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals Service Office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.
Current notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town center are affected, particularly from the Kurpark to the Fördewanderweg. Depending on the progress of construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue until 2027.
The high-quality, approximately 68 m² “Ahoi” vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor with 2 balconies in a well-maintained apartment complex in Laboe and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.
The centerpiece of the bright living area is a large table for dining, playing, or socializing. A cozy corner sofa invites you to read or watch TV. The technology is state-of-the-art: You’ll find a smart TV, a Blu-ray player with various DVDs for children and adults, a projector in the bedroom with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming services, as well as a digital stereo radio with Bluetooth audio streaming. If you’d like to spend time away from electronic media, you’ll find board games in the “game box.” Vacation reading material is also available. The modern kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, and more. The separate bedroom offers a restful night’s sleep in a double bed (180x200 cm). The smaller bedroom features a bunk bed (each bed 80x200 cm). Would you like to vacation in the apartment as a group of six? Then simply convert the corner sofa in the living room into an additional sleeping area (140x200 cm). In the bathroom, which features both a shower and a bathtub, you can relax perfectly after a day at the beach. There’s also a guest restroom. The apartment features stylish designer flooring and underfloor heating. A definite highlight are the two furnished balconies: the southwest-facing balcony offers a sheltered spot for sunbathing. The northeast-facing balcony, with a view of the fjord, is perfect for a sunny breakfast or a sundowner in the evening sun.
The apartment is accessible via a wheelchair-accessible elevator.
During the season, from approximately April through September, a seasonal beach chair is available to you on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions.
You can park your car in the ground-level garage inside the building. Larger cars and vans will need to find a public parking spot outside. Alternatively, we offer the option to rent a parking space from us for a fee, subject to availability.
A 220V household outlet is available for charging electric vehicles. This can be booked for a daily flat rate (bookable only for the entire stay). You must bring your own charging cable.
Please note that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not permitted.
