    Booked this property for 6 nights than added 1 night extra… fatehsagar is just after crossing road, neemuch Mata Ropeway just 10 meters away, good spacious rooms, and manager Mahendra Singh ji is phenomenal person, will help you with everything. Best budget stay with good spacious and clean room, must recommend.

    The Major Issues: Hygiene: The room was filthy. Windows and curtains clearly hadn't been cleaned in months. The bedsheets had visible stains and holes, the blanket had a foul odor, and even the "fresh" water bottles provided were stained. Bathroom Conditions: This was the worst part of the stay. The shower and dustbin were rusted, and the shower didn't even work. The bucket and mug provided were dirty, and the bathroom window lacked a curtain, offering zero privacy. Lack of Service: Housekeeping is not proactive; they only clean if specifically requested, which is not standard for a professional establishment. Structural Noise: The windows are so poorly fitted that they vibrate every time there is noise outside, making it impossible to rest. Final Verdict: This property is poorly maintained and potentially unsanitary. Until they undergo a deep clean and fix their plumbing and soundproofing, I strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere.
