Starred off my first trip at Udaipur and infact my first without my family with WHEREABOUT Hostel, and believe me when I am saying this Its one of the wisest I made while choosing our Stay.. Everything was beyond expectations, the ppl and hospitality is amazing..The itinerary that had been covered by Bharatescapes was something I will always be proud if myself for making that call.. I mean couldn't have asked for more from Udaipur..Its always said like You fall in love with the place because of the people you meet there and I feel so fortunate enough that I got to meet the amazing ppl there..The founder Ritik Bhaiya himself is truly passionate about what he's doing, when I spoke to him it never felt like I was having a convo for the first time, he's so humble and polite while doing his work and that's something I will be carrying with myself ahead..Ishant bhaiya is another gem of a person, treated us like he knew us since ages; he taught me to be as grounded as I can in life ...Our Guide Akash bhaiya (Sir Captain Cool) is one of the unfiltered and honest person you'll come across, the way he lead the tour and cover the points is something worth applauding..He made sure that we would remember Udaipur from a totally different visuals, and none can make you see those places apart from him..Need not to think even for once while Choosing Whereabout Hostel as your Stay and Bharatescapes as your travel partners..U would surely get a reason to say this by yourself once you experience Udaipur with them..So whosoever is coming Go ahead with them...

the hostel has a great vibe. the people are incredibly warm and approachable.
the evening jam sessions at their roof top are a whole mood.
definitely opt for their sunrise and sunset tours. you’ll get to experience Udaipur beyond the palaces and the usual touristy spots!

The hostel is not that good. The washroom has the nets (fenestrations) above the door where a person from upper bunk bed can direct peep inside the washroom, No privacy. Curtains are not well maintained, they don't provide AC remote And I spotted a snake just outside the hostel (photo attached)which is a big safety concern. Area around the hostel is not maintained well. 200ml water bottle being sold for 20ml and 1L water bottle not being available is a very obvious scam. Won't be recommending it to anyone.
