Stylish 3 bedrooms for 6 people in Copacabana

Location is amazing. A couple blocks from the beach, just one block from Roxy dinner show (if you choose to do that). 24hr grocery store across the street (Zona Sul). Right in the heart of Copacabana. Lots of good restaurants within a few blocks (like Istambul). Doormen are friendly and attentive, as long as they recognize you, they'll open the gate proactively so you don't have to worry about using the key

Main window in the living area was literally broken and not boarded up (with no advance notice, and with exposed glass protruding). Could have been a huge hazard if my children were curious and wanted to feel around in that area. Air conditioning unit in one of the rooms didn't blow cold, and the remote for the unit didn't work. Water temperature for the showers fluctuated wildly while in use. Showering was not a good experience. Building is located on a busy street right in front of a bus stop. Great if you plan to use public transportation, but if you plan to use a transfer to/from the airport, many drivers will refuse to park in front of the building to load/unload baggage as it will block the bus stop. Most taxis will pick up close to the spot however. Check-in was delayed. Should have been 3-4 PM, but the previous guests trashed the place and caused the cleaning lady to be working until past 5 PM. Not really the host nor cleaning lady's fault, but having to wait an extra hour to check-in after arriving early in the morning and tired from a 10+ hour flight with my family was not enjoyable.
