Employees nice Quiet (until this morning when 4 staff were outside our doors telling a very loud dramatic story it arguing. Not speak g English so not sure) Convenient location
One of my beds had hair all over the sheets. Gross!! Tyhe staff being loud outside our doors this morning. Finally after 15-20 minutes I opened the door and gave them a look

I appreciate that upon our arrival, I received outstanding customer service and that the hotel provided activities to engage their guests. Additionally, the facility had amenities and offered information about nearby musuems, restaurants, and things to do in the state.
The room I got was pretty dirty; the bed linens were looked unwashed and the shower mat had mold on it. There weren't many amenities available in the room either. Plus, the breakfast they offered was a huge letdown for a Hilton brand.
